Teams for Life Self Improvement

Building teams for life self improvement is one of the most important lesson learned. You must continually develop self improvement with  teamwork. It could be a mentor/coach/teacher/parent/pastor or your life’s partner whether it be work or play. Any successful person seems to always have or had a special team built for support. Whether or not it was intentional it happens.

In all aspects of your life you must develop teamwork. Without teamwork you have a irrevocably broken marriage, a losing ball team or a failing business.

If a couple does not work together in a marriage as a team before long you have individuals and not a unit.  You will have a mine and yours not ours. You develop different interest with nothing in common. No goals, no partnership and certainly no marriage. You become strangers.

The very same fundamentals apply to any sports or ball team. If you have one player who is not willing to work with their teammate, you have a losing team. The only sports I know of that does not have teammates are maybe golf (what about the caddy), swimming (coach?), auto racing (pit crew). So I guess it goes with out saying  it does not matter what you choose to do you must to have a team around you to succeed. Anything less will fail.

The next obstacle is developing the correct team. You must always coach and teach to develop a properly functional life, team or career. There are many tools such as books, videos and seminars to help accomplish and build a working team. Look it up!

You can find many tools. This does not always lead to instant success. Sometimes you have to use many different tools to complete the team. Soon you will realize there is more development needed so you search for or try another approach to accomplish your goals.

When all of your team components work properly it is such an amazing feeling you are able to accomplish everything you set out to do. Just remember you must always strive to obtain knowledge by any means possible. Try new ideas!
