Social Media Marketing help for Small Businesses

There are many small businesses that want or need to start taking advantage of social media marketing, but they are not sure where to start!

In this article Linda Ghobrial explains three simple mistakes that small businesses make when starting out.
Scott Edson has authored another really informative article for small businesses on how the handle your social media efforts.

While it is true that social media marketing takes up much of a small business owners time and efforts it well worth the effort.  The following are some ideas to help free up some time

  • Let your employees use their so-called time-wasting social media to become more productive for your company by using their skills for your company.
  • Add a blog to your website and let your employees add to the blog with their own blog posts.
  • Or let them twit and comment on their Facebook about the company. Implement an incentive for your employees positive feedback on their accounts to attract more customer feedback!
  • Attack any negative comments by solving that customer’s complaint while other customers will view how you handled the complaint better known as great customer service!
These are just a few suggestions we have to help the small business to better utilize social media.  There may come a time when you need to hire a social media manager to help out.  When that time comes let Grifflo.com lend you the time to help.
